The Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees is the Foundation’s governing and representative body, which has the task of approving the Foundation’s management plans and action programmes. It meets at least twice a year and comprises 23 trustees who reach their decisions by majority vote in accordance with the terms laid down in the Statutes of the Foundation
