Julián Sanz del Río Award for young researchers in Spain and Germany

With the aim of fostering scientific, humanistic and cultural cooperation between Germany and Spain, the Foundation for the International promotion of the Spanish Universities – Universidad.es and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) announce since 2010 the Julián Sanz del Río Award. The Award recognizes the work of young researchers from Spain and Germany that have contributed through their work to the mutual understanding of both nations.
Each year the Julián Sanz del Río Award will be dedicated to different areas of knowledge. The current call will be dedicated to Natural Sciences.
The prizewinning ceremony will take place in Berlin during the second semester of 2011.
