Instructions for contracts

In accordance with article 175 of the Public Sector Contract Act of 30 October 2007, Universidad.es, the Foundation for the International Promotion of Spanish Universities, as a public sector foundation with independent power to adjudicate, approves the following Instructions for Contracts, which regulate the Foundation’s procedures for contracts and guarantee the principles of competition, transparency, confidentiality, equality and non-discrimination, to which the contractual activity of the Foundation is subject.
