The Spanish Government has entrusted Universidad.es Foundation with the task of implementing the 1st call of the undergraduate scholarship programme for Equatoguinean students at Spanish universities during the 2010/2011 Academic Year. The second call of this programme for the 2011/2012 Academic Year has just been published. 80 new scholarships for Equatoguinean students are offered by the Spanish Universities.

The main objective of the referred programme is to contribute to human resources training as well as to strengthen academic institutions.
The programme is supported by the Spanish Agency for International Co-operation and Development (AECID), the Spanish Rectors Conference (CRUE) and the Spanish National University for Distance Education (UNED).
